NEW UPDATE OF DATA OF WORK ENTITIES BEFORE THE INCES
In accordance with the provisions of Administrative Order No. OA-2016-12-545, of December 16, 2016, published in Official Gazette No. 41.054, of the same date, the National Institute of Socialist Training and Education (INCES) issued a statement on September 1, 2025, informing about a new process for updating data from labor entities.
This update is aimed at all work entities, both in the public and private sectors, that are registered with the National Registry of Parafiscal Contributions (RNCP), which has a period from September 1 to October 31, 2025, both dates inclusive, to ratify and/or update their data. This is due to the implementation of the new platform: inces.sigat.net.
Likewise, in the official notice, INCES urged work entities obliged to register in the RNCP (which as of the date of publication of the notice have not yet complied with the obligation to register) to proceed to do so immediately through the new technological platform: inces.sigat.net, to avoid the application of sanctions.
