- Financial and tax planning, structuring of domestic and international loans, project finance, capital markets (bond issues and securitizations), negotiation of joint ventures and strategic partnerships.
- Responsible for the follow-up of administrative and judicial proceedings in tax.
- Participation in the drafting of laws and ordinances as advisor to national, state and municipal legislative bodies, as well as multilateral organizations.
