PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT
Alfredo joined LEĜA in 2015. His practice is focused in the Corporate Law, Real Estate and Mining areas as well as Regulatory. He is currently part of the Life Sciences and Health Services group. He has counselled companies within the corporate field with regards to their constitution and operation, as well as drafting Assembly Minutes and registration in the corresponding Commercial Registry. He has provided counselling on Real Estate Law as well as formalities before Land Registries. Similarly, he has assisted companies in terms of Mining Law and Hydrocarbons, mainly focusing on the establishment of joint venture companies. Before joining the Firm, Alfredo served as a legal assistant to the Administrative Law Department at Grau, García, Hernández & Mónaco Abogados; and subsequently at Gámez & Vera Abogados.ACADEMIC BACKGROUND
